About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at ALL ASIA MANPOWER SERVICES, INC.'. This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, providing customer support for an educational account. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly support
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 months of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in the education industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to continuously improve
