The Warehouse Processing Staff is responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing goods within the warehouse to ensure efficient storage, processing, and dispatch of items. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality checking, to maintain accurate and timely product flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries or shipments
  • Sort, label, and store goods properly in designated areas
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing deliveries
  • Ensure accuracy in processing orders and inventory documentation
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged goods
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the warehouse area
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners)
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for order dispatch
  • Follow company policies and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or at least college level in Business-related courses
  • With or without warehouse experience (experience in logistics or inventory handling is an advantage)
  • Physically fit and able to lift or move items as needed
  • Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and good communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in basic inventory procedures
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Willing to be assigned in BACOLOD WAREHOUSE
  • Will undergo training in CEBU for 2 weeks to 1 month
  • Can work under minimal supervision and adapt to fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
