Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field is preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in cold storage, frozen goods, or FMCG operations.
  • Strong understanding of cold chain management, inventory systems, and warehouse KPIs.
  • Experience handling ice cream or temperature-sensitive products is a major advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in cold and freezer environments.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily night-shift warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and loading of ice cream products.
  • Ensure strict compliance with cold storage handling standards, temperature controls, FIFO/FEFO procedures, and product quality requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper use of PPE within frozen and cold storage areas.
  • Lead, train, assign, and evaluate warehouse personnel and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Transport, QA, and Inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and variance investigations.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational, manpower, and inventory reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Monitor equipment performance (freezers, forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) and immediately report any issues.
  • Handle incident reports, disciplinary concerns, and operational escalations during the shift.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety compliance.
