We're looking for a
Business Process Analyst
to join our organization and help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role combines process improvement with business analysis, ensuring that workflows are efficient and that our development team receives clear, actionable requirements.

  • Partner with business units to gather, document and analyze requirements for systems and process improvements
  • Translate those requirements into detailed, structured functional specs for members of the development teams
  • Map, evaluate, and redesign rules and workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features or system changes.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.
  • Assess and prioritize projects, taking into account impact and manpower necessary to execute
  • Maintain updated documentation of processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or optimization to support organizational goals
  • Review scope and deliverables with developers
  • Track progress of development tasks and help resolve requirement-related issues quickly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing technical specs.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical groups.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with tools for documentation and process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools) is an advantage.
