Your Role in Action

Be part of our client's team as a
Business Process Analyst
, helping identify, document, and improve business processes across departments. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze workflows, recommend solutions, and manage small to mid-scale transformation projects that enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in
    business process improvement
    ,
    operations
    , or
    project support
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Visio
    or other process mapping tools , Bizagi, etc.)
  • Experience applying
    Lean Six Sigma
    ,
    Agile
    , or other structured methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead
    process documentation
    and improvement initiatives from planning to execution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or PMP are a plus

What You'll Do Every Day

  • Map and analyze business processes using Visio or equivalent tools
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or standardization
  • Collaborate with teams to redesign workflows for greater accuracy and speed
  • Manage process improvement initiatives using Lean or Agile frameworks
  • Prepare clear process documentation, SOPs, and project reports
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices
  • Track and report key metrics to evaluate impact and progress
