Business Analyst

Business Analyst Activities

·      Engage with client subject matter experts to gather requirements.

·      Convert requirements to functional design artifact including user stories, business process and user interface design.

·      Assist the development team with estimating.

·      Define the product backlog with prioritized user stories.

·      Support ongoing scope definition (backlog refinement) and requirements clarification.

·      Support internal testing of application before every show case.

·      Support client acceptance issue resolution vs. agreed scope

Other general duties include:

·      Providing coaching and support to junior staff members

·      Support pre-sales activities involving estimating and project definition.

·      Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

·      Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

·      Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

·      The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

·      With experience in insurance or digital transformation
