Role Description

This is an internship role for a Business Analyst located on-site in Metro Manila. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Tasks include analyzing business processes, creating requirements documentation, and working with stakeholders to understand their needs. The candidate will also assist in project management and ensure that solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and business processes
  • Proficient in creating detailed reports and documentation
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of FinTech and banking industry trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
