Position Summary

The Business Analyst serves as the principal
liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
. The primary objective of this role is to

modernize systems and processes
through rigorous analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.

Key Roles and Functions

The successful candidate will:

  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Identify, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to assess and validate proposed solutions.
  • Modernize systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate experience with
    Unified Modeling Language (UML)
    .

Qualification Standards (QS)

Applicants must strictly meet the following minimum standards:

  • Educational Attainment:
    Graduate of
    Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
    to the above.
  • Work Experience:
    A minimum of
    two (2) years
    experience as a Business Analyst
    AND
    a minimum of
    two (2) years
    of
    IT-related
    experience.
  • Relevant Trainings/Seminars:
    Must have documented training in
    Business process management, Information management, Project management, and Process design/mapping
    .
