Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Taguig City Uptown Tower-2

Work setup: 4x per week RTO

Position Type: 6 Months Contract

Shift Schedule: 8am – 6pm Manila time

Salary/Perks: Competitive + Benefits

We are looking for a Business Analyst specificality on Utilities Retail or Utilities Billing or Utilities Customer Information System.

BA Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create business process diagrams using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)

2. Produce process narratives/ descriptions

3. RACI

4. Inputs and Outputs

5. Business Requirements Documents

6. Process Master List or Inventory

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

2. Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the local power distribution, utilities, or energy sector.

3. Knowledge of billing systems and data analysis tools.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: Understanding of the relevant regulations and policies in the electricity industry.
