Job Description and Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between the product owner and the project team. The Business Analyst is responsible for data gathering, validation, and analysis of requirements and aligning the technical solution with the company's business processes.

Qualifications

  • At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)/Information Technology/Management Information System or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
  • Background in business and technology areas is a must: Trading, Warehouse Management, HRIS, etc.
  • Must have an understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies (can write and has experience in creating Product Backlog / User Stories)
  • Technical Writing Skills, Business Process Documentation.
  • Ability to build working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment
