
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Management Specialist

We are a fast-growing SaaS company delivering innovative solutions tailored for the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. Our platform empowers organizations to digitize, automate, and optimize their operational processes, enabling increased efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to help us scale our marketing engine, optimize lead generation, and improve campaign performance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is data-driven, technically capable, and passionate about marketing automation and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM for lead, contact, and campaign data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales to streamline lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing performance and attribution.
Marketing Automation
- Own and operate Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) to build and manage email campaigns, nurture flows, landing pages, and forms.
- Develop segmentation and personalized engagement strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions.
Tag Management & Analytics
- Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager to support marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and remarketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the web team to ensure proper tagging and data collection.
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Pardot.
- Analyze marketing metrics to identify trends, improve campaign efficiency, and support decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with the CEO (AU) and Head of Sales (US) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and ROI analysis.
- Ability to manage marketing automation flows, dynamic content, and segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teams and time zones.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting to leadership in different geographies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot (for comparison), etc.
- Knowledgeable in SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry or with compliance-focused solutions is a plus.
