Our diverse, international team works hard, has fun, and respects clients. Overview Our Digital Marketing Account Managers are client-facing professionals who guide successful marketing campaigns. They educate clients on campaign strategies and processes, ensuring smooth and timely execution. They act as a vital link between our SEO, blogging, and PPC teams, striving for efficient processes and proactive client support. They are meticulous, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving maximum ROI for our clients. Primary Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Lead strategic discussions, conduct regular client calls, and proactively address questions and concerns to ensure a positive client experience. Strategic Planning & Campaign Oversight: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and roadmaps. Monitor campaign performance across channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing), analyze data to identify opportunities, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present clear performance reports that translate data into understandable insights and actionable recommendations for clients. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex challenges as needed. Coordinate with internal specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with client objectives. Stay Current: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Proven experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, lead tracker, Asana, Ahrefs, and similar tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach. Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
