OverviewOur Digital Marketing Account Managers are client-facing professionals who guide successful marketing campaigns. They educate clients on campaign strategies and processes, ensuring smooth and timely execution. They act as a vital link between our SEO, blogging, and PPC teams, striving for efficient processes and proactive client support. They are meticulous, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving maximum ROI for our clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Lead strategic discussions, conduct regular client calls, and proactively address questions and concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Oversight: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and roadmaps. Monitor campaign performance across channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing), analyze data to identify opportunities, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present clear performance reports that translate data into understandable insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex challenges as needed. Coordinate with internal specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution aligned with client objectives.
- Stay Current: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, lead tracker, Asana, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Teamwork: A strong team player who can build and maintain positive relationships in a cross-cultural environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and quality-focused, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Problem-Solving: An independent and confident problem-solver, capable of making and justifying sound decisions.
