Salesforce FSL Developer (Full-Time, Hybrid – Ortigas, Pasig) Location: Pasig, Metro Manila Work setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week) Shift: Mid shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₱140,000 per month (depending on experience) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to join the team of a global software company expanding its Salesforce capability in the Philippines. You’ll be part of a growing development team responsible for designing, building, and optimising Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions to support a large enterprise project. This role offers a technically challenging environment, exposure to international stakeholders, and the chance to be part of a collaborative hybrid team based in Ortigas, Pasig. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customise Salesforce FSL components to meet functional and technical requirements. Configure and maintain Service Cloud , Field Service Lightning , and related system integrations. Develop and maintain Apex classes , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Flows , and triggers . Support deployments, testing, and production rollouts. Work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer , including hands-on work with Field Service Lightning (FSL) . Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and architecture. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher) preferred.
