Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Administrative Officer and Human Resources to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Their core duties revolve around supporting administrative and clerical jobs which will facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains filing system as assigned.
- Scanned documents to be uploaded on company's accounting system.
- Update trackers/monitoring such as expense report, PDC report, and other reports as assigned.
- Creation of Accounting Submission Form for expenses and other related payments
- Encoding of Rental, Utilities, Salaries and Wages, Employee Benefits and Commission Report to the company's software.
- Assists Administrative Officer in office supplies monitoring and re-ordering
- Assists Administrative Officer in calling suppliers and service providers for any concern/s raised by the head office and branches
- Write and edit documents as assigned
- Retrieves information and documents as request may arise from online trackers/monitoring and other filed documents; prepares summary when needed
- Assists Administrative Officer on the application and processing of business permits (new and renewal)
- Assists Administrative Officer on the submission of compliance documents to any government branches
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business related course.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite or related software.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
- With experience with Business Permit Processing, is an advantage but not a must

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
