The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role will work closely with both the HR and Finance departments in handling employee records, processing documents, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
Qualifications
· Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent experience.
· Preferred but not required, at least 1 year experience in administrative or office support.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities
General Administrative Support
Handles correspondence, maintains office records and supplies, schedules and documents meetings, and prepares office communications.
HR-Related Support
Maintains employee records, assists in recruitment, supports HR events and trainings, and prepares HR documentation.
Finance-Related Support
Assist in reimbursements and petty cash, monitors expenses and payments, and assists with bank-related applications and updates.
Other Responsibilities
Coordinates with departments, safeguards confidential information, and performs additional tasks assigned by management.
