Job Summary:

The Admnistrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves overseeing daily office activities, managing administrative tasks, and leading a small team to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small team of messengers and utility staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Office Management: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing office projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any administrative issues that arise, implementing solutions to improve office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any course; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
