Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Makati. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, handling phone calls, providing executive administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. Duties include maintaining schedules, organizing files, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site in Makati
  • Familiarity with office management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
