Job Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Location: Legaspi Village, Makati
About the Role:
We are a growing Japanese restaurant company looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our purchasing, reimbursement, and office administration processes. This position requires a graduate of Accountancy or a related course, with strong organizational and financial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and documentation
- Handle purchasing: request quotations, prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor deliveries
- Manage and verify reimbursement requests: check receipts and match them with reimbursement forms
- Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, reimbursements, invoices, and payments
- Assist with petty cash monitoring and financial reporting
- Monitor office supplies and oversee cost-efficient procurement
- Provide support to management and coordinate with Accounting/Finance for validation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
- At least 1 year of admin, accounting, purchasing, or related work experience
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, with initiative and the ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Starting Rate: Minimum wage plus Service Charge plus Food Allowance
