We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Admin who has a strong foundation in graphic design and social media marketing. The ideal candidate is marketing-qualified, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing creative tasks with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and manage marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and supporting campaign execution.
  • Provide sales administrative support, including data handling, report formatting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct research and support property marketing initiatives (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
  • Support weekend (Saturday) operations when required.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing (required).
  • Experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong data handling, organization, and reporting skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent internal communication skills (not client-facing).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working occasional Saturday shifts.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in property marketing or research (not mandatory, but an advantage).
