Job Brief
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales and Marketing Support professional to assist a high-performing Buyers Advocate team. This role will involve direct engagement with real estate agents to source suitable properties, preparation of market insights and proposals for clients, and administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience. Experience in the Australian real estate industry is highly valued, and strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Contact real estate agents to source property opportunities in specified suburbs and locations
Compile suburb-specific market reports and property insights for prospective buyers
Support Buyer Agents in managing active clients and maintaining workflow
Qualify and triage new client leads before handing over to Buyer Agents
Maintain and update CRM systems with property and client data
Conduct online property research and maintain property search records
Assist in preparing client-facing materials and proposals
Create sales brochures and professional presentation documents
Develop tailored client proposals to accompany buyer recommendations
Provide back-office support to Sales Agents to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Experience in a support, sales, or marketing role within the real estate or property sector
Familiarity with Australian real estate markets, practices, and terminology
Confident phone manner and strong written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with real estate agents and industry professionals
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Experience creating client-facing documents and professional proposals
Desirable
Prior experience in a buyers agency, real estate sales, or property marketing
Understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
Knowledge of property portals such as and Domain
Experience in preparing property reports and suburb insights
Exposure to marketing support, brochure creation, or digital content
Software Proficiency
CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Property platforms (e.g., , Domain)
Canva or similar tools for presentation/report creation
Personal Attributes
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally
Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
Curious and resourceful in property research, lead qualification, and proposal development
Time Zone: Australian Business Hours
