We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales and marketing activities. The role will focus on lead generation, client outreach, and administrative support, ensuring consistent engagement with potential customers and smooth coordination of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Generate and manage leads using platforms such as Sales Navigator and other relevant tools (to be confirmed if required).
  • Utilize email marketing and CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities through the CRM.
  • Create and distribute sales campaign emails.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials (e.g., Canva).
  • Provide support in customer follow-ups and client communications.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as reporting, data entry, and maintaining Excel sheets.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on sales and marketing support.
  • Strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in B2C sales environments is highly advantageous.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time role aligned with Australian business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST).
