Join Serenity Clean as our Sales and Marketing Director (Fractional) and take full ownership of our multi-location growth engine. Your mission is simple: generate high-quality leads, align tightly with sales, and ensure every campaign leads to real bookings. When marketing isn't driving revenue — it's your job to fix it.

Pay: $8–$10/hour
Time Commitment: 20 hours/week (with potential to grow based on performance and value delivered)

As we scale, we need a strategic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead and systematize our local marketing across service areas.
WHAT IS THE SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR ROLE?
This role is the strategic driver behind Serenity Clean's customer growth. You'll own the marketing department while closely partnering with sales. From campaign creation and local targeting to lead nurturing and sales alignment — you will ensure that every marketing dollar translates into measurable results.
This is a fractional leadership position, starting at 20 hours/week with room to grow as impact is delivered.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You'll be responsible for:
Creating and executing local marketing campaigns per region
Managing paid channels (Meta, Google), organic content, SEO, and GMB
Building and refining nurture funnels (email/SMS)
Supporting sales by improving lead quality and conversion
Managing agency/freelancer execution
Contributing to weekly EOS meetings and company Rocks

MUST-HAVES
3+ years in a marketing leadership role (fractional, agency, or in-house)
Proven experience in multi-location or local market campaign strategy
Hands-on ability to build and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of sales-marketing alignment and funnels
Experience managing marketing agencies or freelancers
Familiar with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM/email automation tools
Comfortable participating in weekly EOS-style meetings with scorecards and Rocks
Highly organized, self-managed, and results-driven within a part-time schedule
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience in residential services or home cleaning industries
Copywriting skills for email, ads, landing pages, and SMS
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Loom, Trainual, ClickUp
Background in lead nurturing automation or conversion rate optimization
Ability to analyze and interpret lead/sales data in spreadsheets or dashboards
Working knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or basic landing page builders
