We serve U.S.-based insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and government contractors by delivering cost-effective, high-quality services from our offshore teams.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing sales strategies for BPO services. This role will focus on targeting small to mid-sized businesses, government contractors, and healthcare/insurance organizations across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead nurturing

  • Conduct market research to pinpoint industries and clients that would benefit from BPO services

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM (GoHighLevel)

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope services, develop pricing strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process

  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients including insurance agencies, healthcare groups, and local/state/federal government contractors

  • Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and generate weekly/monthly reports

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or SaaS

  • Strong understanding of BPO models and offshore staffing

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)

  • Experience targeting insurance agencies, medical practices, or government contracts is a strong plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of business development or sales and marketing experience

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • U.S. business development experience preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Commission (performance-based)
  • Bonuses for closed deals and recurring accounts
  • Opportunity for growth into Sales Leadership role
