Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently
  • Develop and execute fast-track hiring strategies to meet urgent manpower requirements
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment channels
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Coordinate with department heads and HR team to understand role requirements and prioritize urgent vacancies
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with role specifications
  • Provide regular hiring progress reports and recruitment metrics to management
  • Ensure positive candidate experience while maintaining speed and accuracy in the hiring process
  • Stay updated with current market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices

Qualifications

  • College graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in fast hiring / volume recruitment, preferably in sales, retail, or manpower-heavy industries
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills (social media recruiting, referrals, job fairs, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms and tools
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
