Job Summary:

Responsible for designing and delivering training programs and project knowledge seminars to support the development of all sales teams. The role also involves actively recruiting and training new in-house sales agents through Sta. Lucia Marketing's social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Management Training, Project Knowledge Seminars (PKS), and Sales Clinics for both local and international branches.
  • Regularly update training presentations and seminar materials to reflect the most current and relevant information.
  • Research and develop comprehensive project briefs for new developments as required.
  • Develop recruitment-related content and manage the posting schedule across all official social media pages.
  • Maintain and manage the database of accredited Luzon sales partners.
  • Coordinate with the Creatives Supervisor to request and obtain materials for social media recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or Marketing.
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months of experience in Market Research, Project Management, Social Media Marketing, or Content Creation but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong public speaking, content creation, creative design, and market research skills.
  • Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
