What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and compliant disbursement of wages
  2. Maintain comprehensive payroll records, including employee timesheets, tax deductions, and other relevant data
  3. Liaise with the finance team to reconcile payroll and benefits information
  4. Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and remittance of statutory contributions
  5. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient payroll practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role, preferably in the software or IT industry
  2. Strong understanding of payroll processing, including familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  4. Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications
