- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in payroll processing or HR work is an advantage; fresh graduates may qualify if competent.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, timekeeping software, and Philippine labor regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll tools.
- With good communication and organizational skills.
- Honest, discreet, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Willing to work onsite, with minimal supervision, and can handle pressure during payroll cutoff.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule (daily, weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly).
- Validate attendance, timesheets, leaves, overtime, adjustments, and schedule changes.
- Handle government contributions and filings (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including loan amortizations and updates.
- Process new hires' enrollment and resigned employees' final pay and clearances.
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of Certificates of Employment, payslips, and payroll reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries about pay, deductions, and benefits.
- Coordinate with Accounting for payroll fund requests, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement when needed.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
