  • Assist with filing and organizing payroll and timekeeping records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist employees with payroll inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Provide support in explaining time-off policies and leave balances.
  • Work with HR and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist with the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll data entry in the HRIS System.
  • Maintain confidential employee records related to payroll, attendance, and other HR matters.
  • Support HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
