Job Summary

The Payroll Assistant will support the HR and Accounting departments in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll for all Dunkin' stores under Southern Islands Enterprises Inc. This role involves data entry, validation of timekeeping records, coordination with store personnel, and proper maintenance of payroll documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing for employees across all Dunkin' outlets.
  • Collect, review, and validate daily time records (DTR), attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
  • Encode payroll data accurately into the payroll system.
  • Coordinate with store managers and supervisors regarding attendance discrepancies and missing requirements.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports such as payroll summaries, deductions, and government remittances.
  • Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of payroll documents.
  • Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll concerns.
  • Support HR and Accounting teams in other admin tasks when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With or without payroll experience (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes and labor standards is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
