The
Business Development Manager
is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and  acquiring strategic store locations for business expansion. This role requires conducting  feasibility studies, coordinating lease negotiations, and ensuring alignment with  organizational goals through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic locations for store expansion using data-driven feasibility studies.
  • Conduct market research and site analysis, including foot traffic patterns and demographic profiling.
  • Engage with lessors, landlords, and brokers to negotiate favorable lease terms for acquired locations.
  • Monitor competitor expansion activities and report on potential risks or opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Chairman, and President to ensure timely store openings and smooth operational handoffs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in site acquisition or real estate negotiation
  • Preferably with experience/network within F&B industry
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to travel for site visits and meetings (field work)
  • Minimum relevant experience of 3 years
