Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and execute the company's business development strategy, including market expansion, customer relationship management, and partner development;
  2. Manage and train the business team to improve team capability and work efficiency;
  3. Conduct high-level business negotiations with key clients and partners, and establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships;
  4. Analyze market trends and customer needs, and promptly adjust sales strategies and product direction to enhance market competitiveness;
  5. Lead the planning and execution of major business projects, ensuring their successful completion and achievement of commercial objectives;
  6. Develop strategies, manage the team, and drive the overall realization of the company's business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the BC (business-critical/high-risk) industry; candidates with gaming industry background and team management experience are preferred;
  • Excellent team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong market insight and innovation capabilities, able to lead the team to adapt to market changes and seize sales opportunities.
  • Open only to Taiwanese applicants, Foreigner with valid 13A Visa.
  • Can speak, read, and write fluently in Mandarin; knowledge of the host country's language is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig City
