About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role bridges creative design turning complex business requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable user interfaces.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise. You'll collaborate closely with internal partners to co-create meaningful experiences that align with both user needs and business goals.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and user research to prototyping and delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and reviews

• Facilitate client workshops to gather insights, define requirements, and co-create design solutions

• Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across products

• Conduct usability testing and apply findings to continuously improve the user experience

• Demonstrate a product-owner mentality, contributing to strategy discussions and guiding product direction through design insight

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design execution with technical feasibility and business objectives

• Understand the vision and desires and transform them into designs and user experience journeys with a strong capability to communicate and convey to technical teams

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a product-driven environment

• Experience with designing Agentic AI platforms (preferred)

• Proven track record working in Agile or Scrum teams

• Deep proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design system management

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholder

• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
