You'll get hands-on with real projects from day one, working alongside experienced designers, developers, and product teams to craft intuitive, inclusive, and innovative solutions .

  Your Task:

• Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, prototypes, and design assets for web and mobile platforms
• Solve & Simplify: Tackle complex challenges by crafting user-focused, intuitive solutions
• Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in sprints, and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors
• Research & Refine: Contribute to user research and testing, and iterate based on insights, feedback, and trends

• Strong Foundation: A degree in a relevant field (Design, HCI, Psychology, CS) and a portfolio that reflects user-centered thinking
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, grow, and push UX boundaries with curiosity and initiative
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent verbal/written skills, openness to diverse perspectives, and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Design Skills: A sharp eye for detail, user advocacy, and basic knowledge of tools like Figma
