Responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications. This role involves understanding user needs, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to deliver engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities:


• Analyze user requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar


• Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive user experiences across platforms.


• Optimize designs for responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes


• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all design elements.


• Design and create graphics for web pages, social media, and marketing materials.

Technical Skills:


• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.


• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript for design implementation.


• Familiarity with usability principles, user research techniques, and best practices in UI/UX design.


• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Skills


• Strong creative and visual design skills.


• Animation and Interaction Design: Experience in creating animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.


• Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript libraries like React).


• SEO and Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

  • 3 years minimum of proven experience as a full-time designer.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing projects
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Work setup: 3 days onsite, 2 work from home
