Senior UX Designer

Work Location: Makati or Cebu; PST Schedule (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in user-centered design, human-computer interaction, and visual design. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences for our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:

  • Lead the design of user experiences for our products and services, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and their behaviors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

  • User Research:

  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform design solutions.

3. Design Solutions:

  • Develop and refine design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business goals.

  • Create design specifications, design systems, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across our products and services.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and QA, to ensure that design solutions meet project requirements and are feasible to implement.

  • Communicate design plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and technical leads.

  • Design Tools:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design software.

  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems using tools like InVision, Sketch, or Figma.

6. Agile Methodologies:

  • Experience working in agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

7. Design Systems:

  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and design patterns.
  • Ability to ensure consistency and quality across our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Atleast 8 years experience similar to the role.
  • Experience working with tools like: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design software.
  • Amenable for a US Shift with hybrid set-up.
