Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Post job vacancies and source candidates through various channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure employee engagement initiatives are implemented.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in setting performance standards and conducting appraisals.
  • Support supervisors in implementing improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and arrange learning programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Administer employee benefits such as leave credits, health insurance, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
