ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Engineer to join our team. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of systems and technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technical processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

RequirementsEducational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), etc. ) are a plus.

Work Experience:Proven experience as a Technical Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or in a similar technical role. Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Hands-on experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Technical Skills:Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or virtualization technologies. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.

Knowledge of databases, system monitoring tools, and performance tuning. Problem-Solving Abilities:Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software-related problems.

Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to diagnose system faults. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service. Project Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is an advantage.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning:Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and trends in the industry. Ability to quickly learn and implement new systems and software solutions. Teamwork and Independence:Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
