Join us in providing exceptional technical support to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with hardware and software issues related to Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots.

The Technical Support Representative is responsible for synthesizing internal and external feedback and turning it into actionable items. This involves working closely with corrective actions, supporting teams, and projects that deliver solutions and address customer issues.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their technical problems via phone, email, or case tickets.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical assistance to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues.
  • Manage multiple cases efficiently following service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain detailed procedural documentation.
  • Resolve customer and field-reported faults, queries, and complaints as the first point of contact using provided tools and systems.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Basic knowledge of web technology, email, and the internet is a must.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Fluency in English and Korean languages.
  • Professional phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of web technology, email, and the internet.
  • Flexibility with supporting 'on-call' after-hours support and shifting schedules based on customer demand and/or group manpower shortages.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Technical or Engineering field (Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or related)
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical experience.
