The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging transition of new hires into the organization. This role oversees the entire onboarding process, from preparation of equipment and employee kits to conducting assessments, integration activities, and probationary evaluations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and Employee Kits for onboarding.
- Activate and ensure accessibility of onboarding videos for new hires.
- Conduct onboarding assessments and facilitate sessions to check employee adjustment and engagement.
- Lead the introduction of new employees to the organization's culture, values, and structure.
- Facilitate job induction programs to align employees with their respective roles and expectations.
- Process the 3rd-month probationary Performance Evaluations.
- Conduct integration programs for employees per track or department.
- Oversee the implementation of the 5th-month probationary performance evaluation process.
- Provide recommendations for employee regularization or end of probationary contract based on evaluation results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- With at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the facets of Admin and/or Onboarding
- Confident to communicate across all levels within the organization
- Willing to work onsite twice a week at Quezon City.
