Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management:
    Oversee the complete lifecycle of credentialing and re-credentialing applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Primary Source Verification (PSV):
    Conduct thorough verification of licenses, certifications, education, and other critical documents using verification databases (e.g., NPDB, OIG).
  • Database Integrity:
    Maintain accurate, up-to-date provider data in credentialing software systems (e.g., Cactus, Symplr).
  • Communication & Follow-Up:
    Act as the primary point of contact for providers and external entities, ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered and complete.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure that all activities align with both internal policies and external regulations (e.g., NCQA, The Joint Commission).
  • Committee Support:
    Prepare comprehensive and organized provider files for review by the appropriate committees.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in the BPO industry. Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), shared services, credentialing, or HR recruitment is an advantage.
