Property Management Assistant – UK Property Group | Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time Growth

Role Name: Property Management Assistant

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during client's business hours (9am to 6pm UK)

Client Overview: A growing property management group and estate agency that handles both property sales and lettings across the UK. Their primary focus is comprehensive property management services, conducting mandatory inspections and providing detailed reporting to property owners. They're expanding operations and looking to build a scalable team with clear advancement pathways.

Job Description: You'll join a established property management operation where you'll own the critical midterm inspection workflow that keeps landlords informed about their investments. This role offers the perfect blend of structured processes and growth potential – you'll start with clearly defined tasks and training, then expand into broader property management responsibilities as you demonstrate success. You'll work directly with modern tools including AI-powered reporting systems while building expertise in the UK property sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate midterm property inspections for managed rental properties
  • Process inspection reports and transform technical findings into clear, actionable summaries
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create professional landlord communications
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports with cover letters highlighting property conditions and repair needs
  • Coordinate follow-up actions including obtaining quotes for identified maintenance issues
  • Manage database entries and maintain accurate property inspection records
  • Handle direct communication with landlords regarding property status and recommendations
  • Support broader property management administrative tasks as operations expand
  • Participate in structured training programs to develop full property management expertise

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills for both written reports and phone conversations
  • Experience working with international teams and remote collaboration
  • Comfortable using database systems and learning new property management software
  • Previous property management assistant experience preferred
  • Bonus if you have experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation
  • It helps if you're detail-oriented with inspection reports and client communications
