Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identify maintenance and repair needs, and coordinate the necessary repairs and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring work is completed within budget and on time.

Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, including managing utilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Construction Project Management: Manage and oversee construction projects related to property development or renovation. This includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and overseeing quality control.

Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance, repairs, and construction projects. Monitor expenses, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.

Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess their condition, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. Prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for property-related goods and services. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property maintenance, repairs, and construction projects. Prepare reports, including status updates, project evaluations, and financial summaries.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to property management and construction. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans for properties, including fire safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Conduct drills and training sessions to educate staff on emergency procedures.

Customer Relation: Collaborate and communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved.
