Role Name: Property Management Assistant
Schedule:

- Flexible schedule within 8am-10pm Dubai time zone

This is an exciting opportunity to become the operational backbone of a successful holiday rental business, where you'll wear multiple hats and make a direct impact on both guest satisfaction and business growth. You'll be managing the complete guest journey from initial inquiry to checkout, while also driving the company's marketing efforts through social media and digital channels. This dynamic role combines customer service excellence with creative marketing responsibilities, offering variety and growth potential in the fast-paced hospitality industry. You'll work with modern property management software and interact with guests from around the world, making every day engaging and rewarding.
- Manage all guest communications across Airbnb, , and other major booking platforms
- Coordinate seamless check-ins and check-outs to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Liaise with maintenance teams to quickly resolve property issues and maintain high standards
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram to attract potential guests
- Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and property listings
- List new properties across multiple booking platforms to maximize occupancy rates
- Handle direct customer conversations with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive bookings
- Manage daily operations using Hostaway property management software
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Proven experience in property management, real estate operations, or hospitality customer service
- Strong technical skills with ability to quickly master new software platforms
- Previous experience with Airbnb, , or similar vacation rental platforms highly preferred
- Basic social media management experience with content creation and posting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for international guest interactions
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property management software (Hostaway experience is a significant plus)
- Marketing operational skills including content scheduling and promotional campaign execution
- Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Available for immediate start to support growing business needs
