Job Overview: We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our pipeline by reaching out to law firms and corporate legal teams in the US. This role is focused on starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and supporting the early stages of the sales process. You'll handle outbound outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing warm leads so our Account Executives can focus on deeper discovery and closing.
Role Overview/Primary Responsibilities:
- Do daily outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Identify the right contacts inside law firms and corporate legal teams.
- Qualify leads based on need, timing, and fit.
- Book and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and turn them into conversations.
- Keep prospect lists updated and clean in FreshSales.
- Hand off qualified leads clearly and smoothly to the AE.
- Nurture warm and cold leads by staying in touch regularly.
- Share useful content and updates to keep Warp9 top of mind.
- Move cold leads into automated nurture flows and re-engage when needed.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging, sequences, and targeting.
- Maintain good CRM hygiene and accurate activity tracking.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the legal or tech sector.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience doing outbound sales or lead generation
- Comfortable using CRMs, email tools, and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Can handle US-based clients or US time zones
- Research-oriented and able to find the right contacts and account insights
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups and documentation
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling to US clients
- Experience in B2B, tech services, SaaS, or related industries
- Background in legal-tech or eDiscovery (not required, but a plus)
- Experience handling warm-lead nurturing or multi-touch outbound sequences
- Familiarity with tools like FreshSales, Apollo, or Sales Navigator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php75,000.00 per month
