ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented Loan Application Officer to join our growing team in Mandaluyong. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely processing of loan applications—from checking requirements to performing initial eligibility and risk screening.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll handle the end-to-end processing of loan applications—from screening and evaluation to final endorsement—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround.

  • Check loan applications for completeness, accuracy, qualification guidelines, product criteria, and required documents
  • Review credit reports and assess risks or red flags based on internal standards
  • Qualify applications based on evaluation standards for approval
  • Coordinate with Sales and Credit Investigation teams to clarify details and resolve issues
  • Prepare and endorse complete applications for final review
  • Generate reports and maintain proper documentation
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within timelines and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in banking, lending, or financial services
  • Preferably with experience in loan processing, document validation, or risk analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and validating information
  • Comfortable working within standardized procedures and internal processing workflows
  • Proficient in basic office and productivity tools used for credit or loan operations
  • Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and when coordinating with teams
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive client data
  • Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
  • Must be amenable to full-time employment and signing confidentiality and data privacy agreements
