Job Description
As a Junior Loan Servicer, you will provide exceptional borrower support through calls and omnichannel tools, handle inquiries, assist with payments, and ensure compliance with loan servicing policies while maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive customer experience.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loan servicing, preferably in a team leader or SME capacity
- Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with a high level of proficiency in using software applications, including AI-implemented omnichannel solutions
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Your Daily Tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing borrower inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
- Engage with borrowers via inbound and outbound calls to assist with loan servicing inquiries
- Occasionally make outbound calls for 15 days past due payments, focusing on assisting borrowers rather than engaging in collections activities
- Proactively contact borrowers nearing the end of their loan cycle to discuss payment arrangements and options for loan payoff
- Utilize AI-implemented omnichannel solutions to efficiently handle customer interactions and manage loan servicing processes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of borrower interactions and update loan servicing systems accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex borrower issues or escalations in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with loan servicing policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to borrowers
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and enhance loan servicing processes
