ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team in Mandaluyong. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring loan accounts, verifying payments, and ensuring repayment records are up-to-date, accurate, and audit-ready.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll support the end-to-end management of loan accounts after disbursement—ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of payments and loan statuses.

  • Monitor loan accounts and update the system for tracking and repayment
  • Verify payment proofs, encode transactions, and deposit post-dated checks
  • Track due dates and issue reminders for missed or upcoming payments
  • Coordinate with Sales and Collections teams for escalations and follow-ups
  • Reconcile account balances and maintain clean financial records
  • Support audits, reporting, and archiving of closed accounts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years of experience in loan account monitoring, accounting support, or payment reconciliation
  • Preferably with a background in payment tracking, reporting, or loan servicing
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in basic office and productivity tools
  • Able to follow standardized workflows and maintain accurate documentation
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Must be amenable to full-time employment and signing confidentiality and data privacy agreements
