About the Role

Electric Loans Australia & New Zealand is a fast-growing asset finance brokerage with offices in Brisbane and Manila. We finance vehicles, equipment, and more — and we're known for professionalism, speed, and a client-first approach.

We are seeking a Finance Support Assistant to join our Manila office and support our Australian Analysts (brokers). You'll help manage client enquiries, prepare loan documents, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact clients via phone/email to gather and check required documents
  • Prepare and review loan applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Update CRM systems and track applications through the pipeline
  • Coordinate with Australian team members for follow-ups and next steps
  • Provide excellent client service that reflects our professional brand
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) ( Not Negotiable )
  • Experience in finance, BPO, or customer service preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Comfortable with a professional office environment (Makati/BGC/Ortigas)
  • Willing to work on an Australian time zone schedule
