Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The position of Loans Assistant is assigned to the Credit Risk Management (CRM) group within Primestate Ventures Inc.

Reason: Additional/New Position

The position will be based at our Head Office in Katipunan Ave, Quezon City. The incumbent will report to the Credit Risk Management team and will work closely with loan officers and administrative staff.

Your Role

As a Loans Assistant, you will provide essential support in the preparation and processing of loan applications. You will work closely with loan officers to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while ensuring accuracy and completeness in all loan documentation.

You Will

  • Assist loan officers with the preparation and processing of loan applications
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and organized properly
  • Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to Banks
  • Ensure compliance with Banks regulations and internal policies
  • Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as required
  • Support the Credit Risk Management team in maintaining efficient loan processing workflows
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the loan processing department

You Will Need

Education: College Graduate

Experience: Experience in real estate and loan processing will be an advantage

Other Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review
  • Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and document management systems
