Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any College course; Preferably Engineering / Marketing or Business Administration
  • With atleast 3-5 related work experience
  • Must have a Valid Driver License (4wheels)
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with truck brands (Shacman,Howo,Dongfeng, etc.), engine specs, and fleet operations.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust with clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., SalesHub) and MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue – Achieve targets by selling trucks, financing/leasing options
  • Client Management – Prospect, nurture, and retain key accounts (e.g., logistics firms, fleets)
  • Product Expertise – Advise customers on truck specs, fuel efficiency, technology,and regulations.
  • Deal Execution – Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment options.
  • After-Sales Support – Ensure smooth delivery, resolve issues, and promote repeat business.
  • Performs other related functions as deemed necessary
